Start from there, find what you like, then hit up some other forums to find kids riding those bikes and ask them what they think about it.  Your height maybe be a factor, if you're over 5' 10" you might no want to ride a bike with a 20.5" top tube, so you'll have to narrow it down to the 20.75 and 21" TT bikes.  It's all personal preference, that's just a reminder in case you're a taller guy.
