I've never had Green Onion Sausage but I'd bet I'd like it. Here are 2 side dishes I thought might complement it:

-Roasted Red/Yukon Gold Potatoes: Dice up potatoes into 2 in. cubes, place in baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with sea salt, fresh cracked pepper & freshly crushed garlic (about 1-2 cloves). Cover with foil, bake at 350 for about 45 min. or until potatoes are tender. Run them under the broiler to get them nicely browned.

-Wild Rice Pilaf: Cook up some wild rice in chicken broth, chopped shallots, crushed garlic, butter and season to taste.
