What is a good dvd burning program?

Question

I had Sonic's MyDVD but it stopped working correctly with my Windows XP or something. Now i have tried to find another program with customizable options for the menu like the ones Sonic had, for example I was able to upload images for the background and my own music for the menu start up, etc.
