What is a good engine cleaner that you dont have to rinse with to much water?

1st what kind of engine are you talking about

out board or in board

i would go to the dealer  mercury  go to merc dealer and get what they have   they all have it

dont be afraid to use water   it will not harm the engine

i use simple green and a hose on my car engine  on my o,b, i used a cleaner once but didnt like it so i leave it alone not   to much grease will not hurt it only protect it
