What is the best excuse on not lending your games to your friend? My friend always borrow my games for a long time because he doesn't have a single computer game. I have been using "I lost it." allot and now he says "Why do you lose every single computer game?" If I say "You can't." He will always say "Why?" then I say "Because." then he will say "Because what?" and I will say "Because my mum won't let me." (even though my mum doesn't care if I let him borrow) and he never stops asking questions! Keeps saying why? why

? why? why? If I say "I don't want it to be broken/lost/damaged" he will always say " Don't worry I wan break it" And I say why not buy his own games and he says they are too expensive! They ain't that expensive! What is better excuse?

  1. Tell them your parents also play these video games and they'll be pretty upset if they can't sit down in front of their computer to play the latest shoot-em-up.

You can also consider this, get him to buy you a pack of DVD-R's, and burn your games for him (this is highly illegal, btw).

these games won't run unless you put in a little "persuasion", if you know what I mean ;)

  2. just dont tell him about new games that you get or tell him your lending them to your cousins or whatever

  3. Ive already lent that game to another friend?

i left it out of its case and it got scratched to h**l and wont work.

it messed up my computer so i dont want it to mess up yours.

there only ones i can think of at the moment =\

  4. my brothers son always asks if he could borrow my sons video games at first we let him. but they all came back broken some didn't come back at all. so one night my son said i have an idea the 2 plans were that you say that someone are something broke them and hide them but don't hide the cases so he/she will think you threw them away but hide the disks like in the a room room where you keep the dvds put them in a dvd  case or just put them in a paper towel and hide them.. another way that worked is say i'm tired of you taking my games tell her shes not borrowing any more and stick with it.

  5. say dat your game will be charge per use or he will need to buy an activating code b4 using it.

  6. Well don't tell them if you have brought them and if he says i can't buy because they are too expensive then say to him there are not expensive and told them the price or say i will lend you tommorow and next day say i have lost it if you don't trust me find it in my house then i will give you every single game of my computer and hide it in avery good place.

  7. its my dads and he has private stuff on it

  8. They may be affordable for you, but not for him which is why he may want to borrow them.

If you really want to be selfish and not share with him just say they're not yours and belong to a sibling/cousin of yours so you can't lend them out again.

I think the real question is why would you not want to lend things to your friend. It's just mean.
