What is a good exercise to strengthen your muscles for bowhunting?

My bow is set at about 55lbs and I would like to be able to pull at least 65lbs b4 deer season so any ideas will help....please dont say practice because I do that.....im looking for weight lifting techniques.

  1. curls or even bench pressing or you can buy a thing from cabelas  that is like a big rubber band that is made for strengthening your pull they have different pull weights. hope this helps and good luck this season
