  1. Use liquid eyeliner.

It may be harder to apply, but I find that most will give you the longest-lasting liner every time.  Downside is, it can be harder to smudge.  Most drugstore ones in the little tubes would do fine, but for the high-end stuff, MAC Fluidlines seem to be the best.  They come in the little pot and you have to apply them with your own eyeliner brush.

As an alternative, try using black eyeshadow.  Get some real good, quality BLACK stuff and use a damp eyeliner brush.  You can smudge it, make it darker, lighter, thinner, whatever, and they last longer than liner pencils.

Adding shadow primer (like Urban Decay's Primer Potion or Too Faced's Shadow Insurance) would also up the staying power of ANY liner you choose to use.

    Hope this helps [=

  6. mac does work best, but if you don't have money try just plain NYC black eyeliner. it works very well.

  8. thanks for saving me 5 points! i was about to ask this, and soory. I dont know. just thought ide share to.  ;]

  9. either the almay one or the revlon one [ :

  10. Graphblack from M A C but if you don't want to spend that much, covergirl makes one that twists up, and that one works pretty good too!

  11. Since you're using pencil eyeliner, it will naturally smudge a bit or more during the day. You can try setting it (going over it) with some black eyeshadow. If you want liner that lasts longer, use cream liner or liquid liner - albeit those may be harder to use.
