Question:

What is a good fan for my room?

I have a small room and it gets really hot, really fast. I have to buy a fan for my room, and need help picking one out. I want it to look cool -- futuristic almost, you know? But not childish or dorky (I'm 15). When I say futuristic I don;t mean witha Transformers design on the side, I mean more like high-tech.

Lots of cool options/switches/maybe even colored lights if possible.

I kind of like the stuff that Sharper Image and Brookstone sell, but I need some opinions. Any better ones that will look cool and work well?

Oh, also -- if possible try to keep the price low?

Under 150 is a must

Preferably less than 100

(I know it's hard to work with)

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it.

  1. 70 dollers sweet fan its called seville classic.  its tall and works great i love it because it covers most of my body when i turn it on me

  2. a fan that blows air

  3. one of those turn back and forth ones from the fleamarket (there really cheap).. you can just tell everyone you got it from home depot or something

  4. Walmart sell nice Air Circulators(fan) called Vornados - try them you'll love em

  5. just buy one its not that hard

  6. get an "oscillating tower fan". You don't need to spend as much as Brookstone or Sharper Image. You can get them at Lowe's or Costco for about $60. They have lots of controls and the good ones have a remote. Some have "power on" and speed lights.

Rotating from side to side in the corner they look really cool.

Brand is not important. Their all made by the same company in China
