umm well...the animes im thinking of arent EXACTLY what you are looking for, but if you like drama, romance, and high school animes, i recommend: SHUGO CHARA , MARMALADE BOY, OR PEACH GIRL, . =)

Wow, you are asking a lot out of an anime. The one anime that comes close to your criteria is Full Moon Wo Sagashite. The main character is a really nice and sweet girl who is already in love with a boy. But this one shinigami falls for her and gets jealous of her affection for the other boy. I'd recommend you watching this because it is a pretty good anime. But keep in mind,  the shinigami can be pretty annoying with all that jealousy c**p and their love affairs.
