  1. Michigan State is known for its veterinary and agricultural programs.


  2. Iowa, that's an obvious one, and also I have a friend at Southern Illinois for agriculture type stuff.

  3. The University of Illinois, the original land grant university. I can't believe nobody has mentioned this one yet!

  4. Ohio State and Michigan State are both excellent agricultural colleges.

  7. South Dakota State University. Many different crops are grown around the state, large cattle herds throughout, Dairy and Swine operations along I-29, The Meat Judging team is one of the top in the nation, among all schools.

  10. Utah State University- It is a smaller university, so less expensive, and it was originally an agricultural college, but has sense expanded, but still mostly devoted to agriculture.
