  2. Best thing and tasty at the same time spicy is 'Fish heated'. In my local language it is called 'Meen pollichath'. Easy to prepare and very tasty to have :-)

You need turmeric powder, red chilly powder, oil, salt, cardamom grind ed and  pepper powder. Or else you can get the fish masala from shops.

Now you clean the fish, soak in oil for 5 minutes. Take it out, now make a paste of

    1) turmeric powder

    2) red chilly powder

    3) oil

    4) salt

    5) cardamom powder

    and 6) pepper powder

Apply the paste on fish so that all outer part of fish is been reached. Make sure the cuts are also covered.

Now use an aluminium foil to cover the fish. Place all the fish (if you have more than one fish) in one aluminum foil. Keep it in the oven for some time. Do not over heat or apply direct fire to the fish.

Take it out, make sure your hands are safe as the foil is heavily hot.

Simply taste the fish, its good to eat fish with out much side items :-)

I love this dish specially while outing in the river banks :-)

I ate this dish in Tuscany, very tasty, why don't you try it? ciao ciao...

    Baked Halibut

    1 halibut steak, 2 to 3 pounds

    1/4 cup flour

    3 to 4 tablespoons butter

    8 ounces sliced mushrooms

    1 small bay leaf

Sprinkle halibut steak with mushrooms, onions, bay leaf, garlic pieces, and wine. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste and pour over halibut steak. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
