  1. I found the best deal to be Walgreens house brand.  Plan on doing it several times.  Sweep or vacuum before each application.

  2. 1) "Only in the bedroom" is one of the problems you're having. A flea elsewhere in the house will hop right on back in and repopulate the room.  You need to clear the WHOLE HOUSE.

    2) The best I ever found was a company called Fleabusters. They come over, vibrate some powder down into the carpet, and within a few days, the fleas are gone.  You get one more round as the existing eggs hatch, but they die in a few more days AND DON'T COME BACK.

  3. There are several indoor insect fogging systems you can use.

Be sure to treat the "WHOLE" house, or you will never get rid of the flea problem.

Also, always treat your outdoor space and pets too. There is no need to treat if your pets will just drag them back in.

Treat the pets with Frontline, and the outdoors with Top Choice (or Over N Out). Both these products contain fipronil. Fipronil is very safe, and VERY effective. (Also pretty good on ants, ticks, etc.)

  4. Hoover, steam clean, hoover, steam clean, hoover, steam clean, hoover, steam clean and repeat.
