What is a good free MMO game that i can download and play? that isn't runescape.?

I was just wondering what a good, well populated, MMO is that i can play with my friends that isn't runescape (so sick of that game). anyway thanks!

maple story it has 2d graphics but the world are really cool adn there so much stuff u an do on it like train up ur character get awsome pets etc and the clothes u stuff u can wear is really awsome and the characters are drawn like manga nice =) well i hope i have helped.

hi.i'm a fan of maple story,in maple story you can chat fight with monsters, and do many other cool stuff but it is 2D and i hate that.so maybe you can play gunz online which is a shooting game which is online.In this game you start either as a male or female character which you can create.you start as lvl 1 with a set of weapons whish you will have to chose.this is not an adventure game which you can explore like maple or runescape but you can a map to fight.once you lvl up you can buy better weapons and sell your old ones.you can chat and many unbelieveable skill such moonwalk,walking on the wall and many more.

Theres this thing called 2nd life. It's not an MMO but its a simmilar sort of thing. To find it, search for 2nd life on a search engine.
