What is a good free canned response program?

I work technical support and often am putting the same responses into emails for work, does anyone know of a good program that would let me enter canned responses and automatically add them to the clipboard so I can just paste a response into an email?

In Windows it is called Notepad. Save your responses there and copy them into the email every time you need it. Simple and Effective

What email client do you use? Within Microsoft Outlook you can save draft messages and even do it as a Microsoft Word document. Then you can re-use them for each specific case.
