What is a good free photo editor?

i need a photo editor so so i can crop curves ect.

i need it to do a sort of fictional enviroment with iphones eaten stuf ect..

  1. As free editors go, none has more power than the GIMP. It's open source (which essentially means free), and is available for pretty much any operating system you could be using; Windows, Mac OS and Linux.

    I use it at work, and for my own website, and it works a dream! Weight for weight, it offers everything you want that even the might Adobe Photoshop has!
