  1. I recommend a floor pump with guage for use at home, and a good frame pump for on the road. You don't need a guage on the road because most portable pumps won't easily allow you to overpressure the tires.  Simply pump them "hard" and adjust at home later.


  2. Any really doesn't make much difference only the weight. For a full selection of products i would go to a bike shop.

  3. any will do just remember to look at size and weight of the pump and also try to make sure it can do both prezo stems and regular ones that way you can help a fellow cyclist with a flat instead of just riding by.

    I use a floor pump at home and a compact on the road both go to 110 pounds and can be used on either stem type.
