You didn't say if this gift was for a male, female, boy, or a girl.  If you're thinking about Walgreen's or Osco they sometimes have neat toys, backpacks, throw pillows, books, calendar's, t-shirts, or gift cards to restaurants.  The Walgreen's near where I live has gift cards to many restaurants and Toys 'R Us.

Hmm... well, there isn't really that much gift-worthy merchandise you can find in a drug store under $20 unless it's some little dinky thing, you know? But maybe drug stores are different where you are. I don't know what to say, but try thinking about the person you are buying for. Try to come up with something you can buy that will help pain they have or a sickness they have, something like that, but I guess you're not limited to medication now, huh? So I wouldn't really know what to say.
