What is a good guitar to buy?

Hi, i've been playing for 2 years, and i have a crappy $200 washburn guitar, im looking to buy a new one. What type of guitar is good?

I like the clean sound, not heavy. I like to play a lot of music buy ska bands and also music buy old school bands like led zeplin and stuff.

Depends on alot of stuff. Older (electric) Wasburns were actually pretty good.

Acoustic or Electric? Rosewood or Maple Neck? Any pref on body Wood? Single or Humbucker pickups? Neck width? Type of music? $$$ range? It matters alot.

Whatever else, stay away from Agathis guitars. (Rock bottom Squires, Low-end BC Rich, etc.) They suck.

I have a cheap "Acoustic Solutions" Guitar but I find it quite good because I can make sounds heavy and clean.  I recommend one of them.

Strat, gibson, Epi, several others.  go in and play till you find the sound that's you.
