What is a good hair product to put in your hair before/after straightening?

I need a good hair product that I can put it in my hair before or after straightening so my hair can stay straight all day long. Right now I use a Conair 1" Professional Hair Straightener CS3CS. It works wonders - but I need a product so it will STAY straight. Anybody know if L'Oreal products are any good? ..

I get my hair permanently straightened once a year and they give me many product suggestions to keep it straight.  When I flat iron my hair I use a product called "Matrix" they have a line out in all orange bottles.  They have many products that all work well.  (they're called Smoothing Shampoo, Smoothing Conditioner, Blow-Down Light or Extreme lotion, Iron Smoother, and Sealing Serum.)

I use Tresemme heat protector, it works for me, and its really cheap too, you put it in wet hair blow dry then put it in again then straighten your hair and it should work.
