Curled hair---all you have to do is if ur hair is curly already, straighten it, but if its straight just skip that part. Then take your hair in 2' sections and curl halfway up ur head. Then put in hair spray to make sure and last and voila'! ur done. You could also add a cute clip or headband to this.

Wavy hair---when ur hair is wet take ur finger and wrap it very loosley around ur finger. When it drys put in some hair spray and ur all set

That all depends on what you want people to think of you.

A first impression counts.

You don't want people to think your overdoing it, I wouldn't recommend doing anything too exotic.

Try simply ponytail sort of things, a messy bun, or even just your hair out but straightened or curled.

Okay, first of all u should put what age u r, but besides that I would say down on the first day--maybe straightened or curled, whatever looks best  on you. Then for the next few days (second and third impressions also count, u kno!) you could wear like a ponytail (the basic), a messy bun, pigtails, braids, side pony-tail, just like your hair down but her bangs or side bangs pulled back to make a small ponytail, also. If your not sure what else to wear or what looks best on you ask your friends or family on what they think looks best on you. Do a mini "hair" show and show them each style you have in mind and ask them their opinion. Hope this helped!!!!

Also if you're looking for a cute hair style for the first day of school don't go too over board. Once people see you they'll expect the same amount of effort put into your hair everyday.
