don't use a past and future tense in making a headline it should be in  a present tense....

not too long....

yes it can be a captivating one..

unique and very interesting...

the reader must be interested in your piece by just reading your headline....

you can also use an exclamation point ( ! ) at the end of your headline or a question mark ( ? )....

can be a slogan,

an idiom,

a manipilative heading,

should be in present continous tense
