What is a good healthy breakfast for me?

I play football and lift (a lil) i do abb workouts and have rock hard abbs (under my fat) in not considered fat but i have pritty strong chest mussels but thay have some man b***s on top of them =( i want a healthy breakfast that will help me lose wate but still give me energy and protein.. and some good cardio suggestions would be nice

  1. scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, whole wheat toast with peanut butter. As far as cardio, sports, running/walking are the best. If you belong to a gym I'd try the ellipticle machines because they are low impact and you burn a ton of calories on those things.


  2. try turkey or peanut butter (peanut butter is high in fat and proteing), eat eggs theres plenty of healthy foods that you can try.
