What is a good healthy snack that I can snack on through out the day?

I like to snack but have really started watching what I eat. What can I eat without worrying about calories,carbs, etc.?

  1. carrots, apples, rice cakes, grapes, crackers, celery, yogurt, nuts, etc.


  2. CELERY.  You burn more calories eating it than you take in from the stuff!!!

    And blueberries are said by professionals and nutritionists to be the best possible fruit.  (high in antioxidants which prevents heart disease.)

    An easy way to remember:   the darker the fruit, the better it is for you.

  3. Celery is the diet miracle food, fiber makes you full and you can dip it in anything.  If your counting carbs, celery and cream cheese is really good.

  4. Raw Broccoli is the best thing for you and is actually quite tasty.
