  1. Herb can't cure OCD ...only relieve the symptoms ..anxiety etc...

    Herbs: Sedating effect

    Lavender

    Chamomill

    Hop's

    Lemon Balm

    Valerian

    Linden

    Orange Flower

  2. You could try any of the relaxing herbs: Skullcap, Valerian, wood betony, even rosemary. I can't guarantee results as everyone is different, but they worked wonders for my dad who has OCD.

Remember not to take too much of the skullcap or valerian, it'll just put you to sleep. Skullcap is the strongest of the herbs I mentioned. But please speak to someone further about this with regards to dosages or feel free to contact me.

  3. Mine calmed down a lot after I started taking Adderall for ADD. I'm guessing maybe it balanced out whatever neurotransmitter(s) was/were absent in my brain. Adderall is NOT an herb and I can't say whether or not it will work for you, but I'd at least talk to my doctor about it. As evangelical as I am about herbs and natural remedies I don't think that they will help OCD.
