  1. I have found what works best for me is drinking hot Ginger Tea..My Grandmother told me about this and it really works for me..Buy you some green tea bags and ground ginger (from the spice isle) boil  some water and pour over tea bag let the tea steep for about 3 minutes add ginger to taste and a splash of fresh honey..The more ginger the better for your anxiety and stress..

  2. Kava Kava pills worked well for me.  They also work fast as opposed to St Johns Wort....

  3. Try eating a steak. it will bring you clarity and joy.

  4. acupuncture

  5. Take time out of your day for a good cup of tea... It's quite relaxing, especially chamomile or the like.

As far as herbs... kava kava, valerian.

It's caused by vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Try Magnesium.I use to suffer with chronic mental stress and anger. It went away as soon as I started addressing my vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

  7. It has been demonstrated for hundreds of years, and still today is the best way to clear not only your brain but also your body, kidneys, lung, liver...but most importantly you veins, arteries and minor vessel all over the body, thus allowing oxygenation and nutrients to reach thoughtful into minor organs and cells, otherwise deprived of these elements due to poor circulation.

Aloud you body to trigger its own cleansing mechanisms trough fasting.

Fasting takes place in a minimum of 48 hours,    At 24 hours, the gluconeogenesis process begins, basically is your own body looking for sources of sugar, and they are in arteries veins and the liver... once this sources are exhausted, it moves to the rest of the body doing the same-thing. THE CLEANSING OF THESE LARGE MOLECULES is what permits the oxygenation process.

Obese people may take longer for obvious reasons, but normal weight a max of 72 hours should be sufficient. Normally requires discipline and determination, plus understanding of this process, in which only water is permitted. Timing is important so it won’t interfere with work or normal activities till the person gains control and makes it part of his live. Ideally a once a week, or twice a month, is what is recommended.

Fasting is recommended for a number of conditions particularly combined with orthomolecular treatments, oxygen therapy, and chelation therapy.

Some religious groups use fasting for deep meditations and spiritual growth ever since thousands of years ago.

  9. Ayurveda medicine often recommends Nervine Tonic and Ashwaganda.

  10. Lavender.  Lavender is used to relax, so it should help both mental anxiety and stress ... and you can drink it in teas and even some of the new 'alternative sodas' or burn it (candles, poupourri with essential oil of lavender added), or bathe in it (any good 'bath potion' or salts with a lavender scent.

  11. Try herbal remedies, they actually work really well when made properly. You can either make tinctures or teas with dried herbs. I will give you a recipe for making tinctures as well as what each herb is used for.

Passion Flower--helps the body reduce anxiety, hysteria and nervousness by nourishing the nervous system. It has been traditionally used in both herbal and homeopathic medicine for pain, insomnia, nervous exhaustion, asthma and attention deficit disorder  Common Dose: 1 tsp tincture 4x daily

Lavender--general tonic for the nervous system and is well-known for it's calming properties. This herb is also good for use in a relaxing bath.

Kava Kava--helps minimize anxiety and has also been used as a remedy for insomnia. Common Dose: 1 tsp tincture 3x daily

(Tincture: Place enough herb to fill a small jar 3/4 full, then add enough vodka to fill the jar completely. Cover the jar with a cloth and allow to sit for 10 to 12 days in a cool, dark place. The herbs will release gases, so they need to be able to vent through the cloth. Strain the liquid through a paper coffee filter and discard the spent herb. The liquid should be bottled in a dark glass container and labeled for use. The tincture will have a shelf life of 20 years if stored properly.) *Note: the vodka acts as a preservative and will not cause negative side effects.

You can get these herbs at a local herb shop, sometimes flower shops sell herbs, too, but if you can't find them in your area, this website sells all of the herbs above: http://simplymagick.com/store/index.php?...

You can even find tinctures/teas already made for certain problems if you don't want to make your own.

If you really think you have a problem, however, you should definitely see a physician.
