Create abstract arts and see what you can make out of them.  That's what I do all the time.  Or try to illustrate riddles or songs or anything like that.  That's another alternative I use too.  Hope I helped!!!

I personally enjoy crochet. There are so many variations in patterns, yarns, styles to work on. once you get practiced into it, you can even design your own stuff which makes use of math skills and problem solving.

I'm not sure about mind games.  But... quilting is a wonderful relaxing time consuming hobby. I have to tell you it is also very addictive.  If you enjoy art, you may want to design your own quilts and patterns.  Once you get started and get past the beginner stages you may want to look into the software that you can design your own quilts.  It is called electric quilt software.  They sell the books with the program and it is a step by step process.  You will ace it in no time if you truely enjoy art.
