What is a good hockey stick flex?

hey...im a 5 foot 5 girl who weighs 120 pounds and im 15...what is a good stick flex for me?

im about the same hight and weight as you and a girl....my flex is mid flex 75....get the senior stick and they can cut it down

I would go with a 70 flex, or an Intermediate.

i would recommend a 60 flex, but it depends on how skilled you are at hockey and your strength, not just weight

If you play defense, get a 75 flex stick, if you play forward, a 65 should be perfect for you.
