  1. I have been using this for years on myself, my daughters & friends.   It works great & there is no side effects....or goo in your eye's.     Go to a health food store ...purchase a small amount of powdered Goldenseal.   On your stove heat up maybe 3 cups of purified water, bring to a boil...then remove the pan from the element.  Add 1/4 teaspoon of the goldenseal to the purified water, stir.  Not all of it will disolve. That is okay.  Get a stearilized glass jar  & pour the goldenseal liquid through either a white wash cloth to catch the undisolved particles......let the liquid seep through the white cloth......let the goldenseal liquid cool down....stearilize a eye dropper & drop 2 drops in each infected eye....once a day for 2 days or 3 depending how back the infection is.  Store the liquid in a cool place.   I know it sounds like a lot of trouble.....but this solution will even cure eye infections of every kind.     I have been using it for 30 years.    It works great.    Good Luck.

  2. You know i had the same problem for a while and the only thing that worked for me was Bausch & Lomb /Opcon-A eye drops. You can get these at Wal-Greens ..hope this helps

  3. You have an infection. Go to your doctor or it wont get better.

  4. People tend to knock herbal supplements because it they don't work as fast as prescription or otc medicine does and that is because it don't just stop the symptoms for a period of time but help your body fight it naturally whether it is a cold, flu, chicken pox, pink eye or even a bladder or kidney infection. I get all my stuff from an online herbal store. Their address is www.mynsp.com/naturespalace You can do the chamomille tea bags or chamomille oils. Then take either elderberry, or garlic pills to help fight the infection. Then after the infection is gone make sure you take an probiotic.

  5. Well it might go away on it's own, it depends what kind of pink eye you have

Symptoms generally depend on what type of pink eye you have: infectious pink eye or non infectious.

Symptoms caused by viral and bacterial pink eye include red watery eyes (accompanied with discharge) and irritation. It is likely to start in one eye and spread to the other. Infectious pink eye is contagious.

Symptoms of non infectious pink eye might include, heavy tearing, irritation and itchiness. Both eyes are usually affected. This type isn't contagious.

Giant papillary pink eye usually affects both eyes and causes contact lens intolerance, itching, a heavy discharge, tearing and red bumps on the underside of the eyelids.

Treatment for infectious (viral and bacterial) varieties of pink eye include the same kinds of treatment for many other contagious conditions.

Bacterial pink eye can be treated with antibiotics to help kill the infection. Antibiotic ointments are also available. A warm wash cloth can also be used to dissolve the discharge.

The viral type of pink eye usually won't require medication, except in small children. . Viruses must be fought off by your body's immune system. But some antibiotics may be prescribed to prevent secondary bacterial infections from developing.

  6. Use collodial silver.  I recommend the brand soverign silver.  It should be a quick, natural fix.  Otherwise, pink eye will usually solve itself in a few days.  Just don't infect others.  Wash your hands frequently and stay away from little kids.

  7. go to a physician, they will prescribe medication to solve the problem, anything else is a waste of time.
