What is a good home remedy for sinus infection? ?

I have tried antibiotics, nasal sprays, and other sinus medications nothing is working. I am very frustrated do you have any ideas that can help me. I would like natural home remedies. Thank You.

saline nasal drops:

4 ounces warm water

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1You will also need: 1 dropper.

2Mix the water and salt.

3Squeeze some of the mixture through a dropper.

4Lay across a bed, with your head hanging over, upside down, and sniff a few drops up each nostril.

       or

saline nasal drops mixed with same amount of regular strength afrin spray.  1 drop in morning, 1 drop in evening...  use for 4 days, 4 days without, and then use again for 4 days.
