What is a good home remedy to kill mosquito's in the air and on surfaces, sometheing cheap and easy.?

I woke up this morning to thousands of mosquito's and I am on a limited budget. I need something quick easy and fast to kill these little buggers. We know that they are moving into our area because of all the flooding around us. Please help, we are under attack.

    Burn some newspaper or something just to make smoke.
