i'm have to start a assgnment in tourism about starting a buisiness.... it has to be in Sandgate in Brisban (QLD) and i have no idea what to do it on.. can you please helppp??

what about a guesthouse /small motel where you learn something like cooking or a language while you stay having 1 or 2 week courses or weekend courses
