What is a good ideas and promotional drinks every Sunday?

I'm working in the Irish Bar and Sunday is the most quite night we have. And my Boss is looking for new ideas that will promote Sunday Night? please help me? Thank you...

you fill a shot glass with half Baileys irish Cream and half Irish Whiskey  Bushmills or Jameson's

and you drop it in a half a pint of Guinness and drink. Drink fast it curdles but it taste great. I want one now.

have a trivia or karaoke night. Boss won't go for it? Do beer tastings or present new Irish beers every week. Or have a "Beers from around the world night" and sample beers from all over the world. Do you guys serve food? Maybe you could incorporate recipes using beer or irish ingredients. Beer and Cheddar Soup is absolutely amazing served with some crusty bread and a nice cold one!
