What is a good internet cam?

i am looking for a camera for me to do web chatting with. i want a camera that doesnt look like a picture is taken every 5 seconds. where can i buy one cheap and what should i look for in a camera to know its good ie. whats on the box?

I really like the lenovo 40Y8519 web cam.  I use it for video conference calls using Skype, Yahoo IM and MSN IM, and it is flawless (I have windows XP).  It has a built in microphone and i found that to pick up my voice really well (I can just talk and the mic picks it up).  We have a super expensive video conference console at work, and honestly, i think this web cam is better.  When i use this the person on the other end is in China and i am in Los Angeles (so that is a big distance to cover).  There is one caution, when you first get this camera, avoid the temptation to plug and go, please use the installation CD first.  One person i know who did not use the installation disk had issues with it.  I have had no pproblemsand i love it.  It also is extremely portable and can fit on a monitor or a notebook computer.  Good luck.  Here is the link that i used to buy it
