Well I'd say babysitting but most parents are more comfortable with girls...

BUT you can look at mowing peoples lawns consistently and fall comes, rake leaves...

helping old ladies in their houses if they need anything moved and such.. They would prob appreciate the help and pay you for it.  Your only 13 you prob won't be able to get a "full time" because of child labor laws...

I'm 13, some of my friends work at a newspaper place. you could try that, being a paperboy, or something else like that. they work at shoppers guide, but if that option isn't available to you; i'd recommend mowing lawns, walking and taking care of dogs and pets, etc. it's what i did and i got some cash. but when you get older become a waiter, it's one of the best jobs you can have as a teen. you can make about 100 bucks a night off of tips.
