  1. I have a Dymo LabelManager 100 (prob'ly from Walmart).  I know I didn't pay a bunch for it, and it works well, is easy to load new print tape, etc. Big enough to have options, but small enough to be handy for however/wherever I need to use it.  Batteries seem to last almost forever.

  2. well instead of buying an expensive label maker, why don't you print some words out and cut them out into appropriate shapes like a rectangle labelling it "Chilli" and then cover it over with clear tape and then stick it on to the jar/draw/cupboards and it will stick right down.

    Saves money.

  3. We have a Brother P-Touch and it works great.  You can choose a language, set margins, set type size, width, style and set tabs.  There is also a print option.
