I'm sorry I don't know the page number, but it's in Chapter 3 when Scout points out that Walter is pouring molasses all over his food and makes him feel ashamed and embarrassed, Calpurnia takes her out and whips her, telling her that Walter is a guest so he gets to do what he wants without comment from her.
