What is a good long summary of house of the scorpion?

I read the book in the beginning of the summer and i forgot most of it, can anybody tell a good summary of the book? especially the part where he is forced to work at the plankton farm place, i forgot like all of that. I have to read it for summer reading for school and school is starting in 2 days so i dont have time to reread it. If you can help thanks alot =)

Ok I read this book last year and I had to read it again too. I'm not going to do your work but if I were you I would recommendj ust reading certain chapters again and see if it jogs your memory, and also find it on wikipedia.org, it gives a whole summary of the book and all its characters, this should help you remember everything. Just don't plagiarize it.

You still have 2 days.  No reason to panic.  Good thing you didn't put it off until the last minute.  lol

On the more serious side, a sign of maturity is doing something when it needs to be done.  Hope you have learned a lesson and will be more successful in the future.
