  1. Moisture, moisturize, moisturize! this is the way to beat dry skin. use an all natural skin care moisturizer, this can be safe and effective to protect the skin from moisture robbers like dry air, humidity and other factors that can cause skin damage.

there are many things simple things to do to have clear and healthy skin, one is to drink plenty of water, this can keep the skin hydrated, likewise, eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

have healthy habits and avoid bad habits such as smoking and too much alcohol drinking, this can make the skin dry. enough rest. sleep and good program of exercise can help make the skin look at its best.

  2. The best lotion that I've ever come across contains silicone-I find even if you wash your hands, it still stays on really well.  My hands get so bad in the winter that they crack and bleed, and it works so well.

  3. Try some body butter.

Like Bliss which is sold at Nordstroms.

  4. Heeey. I think that you just have to put a lot of lotion on. Drink ALOT of water. Because the moisture from the water brings out the moisture to your skin which then makes your skin feel moisture :D

  5. Try Eucerin Calming Cream, it's kind of heavy and a little greasy, but if your skin is really dry, it might be good for you. I use it on my legs in the winter because they get really dry and if I don't moisturize really well I will wake up itchy.

actually, Julie P down there is right, the silicone based creams are good, our hospital uses it on patients to protect their skin from irritating things (I'll spare the details)

  6. i use galaxal bass everytime after i swim.  it is plain moisturizer that doesn't add any other types of chemicals, it works great for me.

you might find taht the smell bothers at first because it doesn't have any scent and it smells a little bit like medicine

it works for almost any skin type.

  7. olive oil
