What is a good lounge to have a birthday party?

Hi,

I have a friend who is turning 26, and I am looking for a lounge to throw her party. She doesnt like too much dancing, so a place with a good setting, and good lounge music will do. Does anyone have any suggestions for a lounge/club where there is minimum or no cover charge, and is a fun place to party? Any suggestions?

Providence is a really nice place...1st my friends and i went to have a very nice dinner there before 9pm, and then we went to the VIP area, which was great!!

The VIP area was in the second floor but you're able to see the dancing floor from up there, you can also go downstairs to dance if you want, or just stay in the VIP area seating down having a good time...enjoy.
