What is a good lunch to bring to school for lunch!?

Question

Hey everybody,

I wanted to know if you had any suggestions to help me out because I do not know what I want to bring to lunch for school!

More then one suggestion would be great!

In high school I brought yogurt a lot...basically every day along with a juice box and snack.

you could do sandwiches, carrots and ranch dip, crackers and cheese, cereal and milk...there are lots of things really

My son takes sandwich or wrap he gets tortilla shells and spreads w philly cream cheese adds ham ,lettuce,tomato and rolls it and slices in bite size pieces.

banana,apples in packets w carmel sauce.

the celery or carrots w dipping (my kids love dip)he uses marzettis ranch dressing its the best.we get it as publix by the carrots etc.

then some cookies or chex bar the turtle kind w carmel and chocolate those are yummy.

Then frozen water sometimes mixed w packet of tea /Hawaiian punch/kool aid and frozen to keep cold til his lunch.If you have lunch early not sure it will unfreeze by then.he has late lunch.

he also likes those little containers of JIf for his celery..

I really like to make sandwiches on whole wheat Kaiser rolls.  They're a bit more expensive (but still cheaper than buying lunch) and they make the sandwhich seem like something from a deli instead of plain jane.  

I make half a dozen of them at a time.  Then I put them in freezer baggies and stick them in the freezer.  This way they stay fresh all week - or even two, and I don't have to worry about making them in the mornings.  

I like to throw a banana and a yogurt in my lunch bag as well.  I'm also beginning to enjoy freeze dried blueberries.
