He is a vivid reader and wants something about politics and news. We don't want something too complex like US News and World Report and Newsweek. He tried those once and he couldn't comprehend it. He already has National Geographic Kids magazine. We were thinking about getting him New York Times Upfront. Please visit the site and see what you think about that one and give us some more magazines that we could think about. Please use everthing I said here to answer this question. The magazine I will probably order gets best answer!

  1. one word playboy.....no im just kidding..........idk

  2. cosmopolitian. lol. jk.  a sports magizine would be nice 4 a boi.

  3. Wow Its He A Nerd Or Something??? Kids Doesnt Like To Read... Weird Child Buy Him Some Nickelodeon Mag. Or Coloring Books

  4. the magazine you got sounds good.  I have an idea:  take him to a public library and let him look at the selection there.  You can save money and know of his interests.  Since I am a girl (ok, 49), I love to read but I read the teeny beat magazines...you child may have an interest in Hannah Montana, but, trust me, there is no substance in 5 things Miley likes to do!!

I cannot get into US News and World Report...

does he like Christian magazines?  I would suggest Guidepost, but that is too heavy at times...

and your kid is not a nerd!!

  5. CANCEL National Geographic Kids! No offense but I had those at the age of like....SEVEN! I'm 16 now! Anyway.....Try Sports Illustrated For Kids. My neighbor is in 7th grade and he gets those.
