  1. Little Quiz with little gifts to give to the winner

  2. i used to like TIMES TABLE BINGO !! We were tolds to draw a 3x3 grid in the back of our exercise books nd put a number in each box. (Some peopl realised which numbers came up more often because a lot of numbers on dice (1-6) multiply to make them. eg. only 1x2=2 but 2x2 AND 1x4=4). A teacher had 2 dices, rolled them nd shouted out the numbers. We then had to work out the answer of the numbers multiplied. You cross off a number if the 2 no's rolled multiply to give one you have on yr grid. Then the first person the complete theirs wins nd shouts at the v.top of their voice,"BIIIIINGOOO."

i suppose you could do this game wiv adding or subtracting.

  3. flash cards,

    you get two teams

you hold up a card with like

2x3 on it and they have to call out the answer

the first person out of the pair to call it out gets the point for their team.

i played it when i was in grade prep and 1 and also in grade 2 and 3.

  4. The puzzle suduko, or heres a nother one, take chinese fold up the kind we used to make when we were kids, on each sides put numbers 1 to 10 on eaqch sides, as you do the chinese paper, they haved to add the numbers together

  5. Ask the principal to use Hershey's and take them all apart them have them add with them. Or multiply, Subtrat, and even divide.

  6. OMG! I love this question because I have a good answer!!!!! When I was in elementary school we used to play a math game called "Around The World" in class.

    Let me explain....

One person in the classroom gets up and stands behind the first person in the the first row and the teacher holds up a math flash card and if the person standing up gets it right first they get to move on to the next person. If the kid sitting down answers correctly first, they get to stand up and go "around the world". If the first person who answers doesn't answer correctly, the other person gets a chance!

    It's so much fun!!!!

  7. Measuring activites, using tape measures. rulers, yard sticks et.
