What is a good medicine for colds that cuts your cold short?

Basically I would like to know of a cold medicine that can exterminate your cold very quickly. One of my friends told me of a cold medicine that you you dip it in water and it starts to fizz and when you drink it, it gets rid of your cold right away. I forgot what is was called but she said it worked on her. Thanks!

Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) will do the trick. take minimal doses of 2-4 grams. Then take about 1-2 grams every hour after that until cold is gone. Cold will be gone in a few short hours. Maybe. Could take a bit longer depending on severity of cold. in that case take more grams of ascorbic acid.

Well when I get cold symptoms I use two things, Emergen-C, and Oasis nasal spray. Both together will get your cold gone. One is a vitamin supplement, and the other an all-natural nasal spray. Hope you get to feeling better soon!!!

A lot of vitamin c every 2 hrs should knock it out. As soon as you feel it coming on get the vitamin c out.
