then when you have the urge to stop,

lay three cards out in a row face down.

the left represents the past, middle is the situation at hand, the right will be the outcome..

Shuffle them, look through them, write about them. Read a book, join a group. The more time you spend the more you'll connect. How you spend the time, and how you learn is going to depend on you.
