In order to be sure you pick the right name, try saying for a day, frequently, and if your not sick of it after that, go for it.  I say this because if you are in public and try and call your child, I guarentee you'll get about 5 people turn and look at you.  It may make you sound like a foriegner, example: Cash? Cash? do you take cash? .  But if you plan on going with cash, I would say a good middle name would be warren.

    Anything more traditional so he has a more normal or professional name if he doesn't end up liking his first name. Its also a nice way to recognise a family member that you're very fond of, maybe someone who has been particularly special to you growing up, and pass their name on without giving it as a first name.
