What is a good midnight snack?

Hey there, so I'm really hungry right now. :/ I don't know what to eat, we seem to have junk food galore in the house and I don't want to eat jnk food, considering i'm eating healthy.

ANy ideas?

  1. chicken... salad.... nuts.. dried fruit.  cheese and cracker  peanut butter and cerley. or cracker.

  2. Non junk food, I'd suggest a milkshake or a smoothie or fruit, but sometimes, you just can't ignore the junk y'know. =]

  8. Eat some healthy cereal...if you want to splurge, sprinkle some sugar on it for a treat.  Or try a granola/fruit bar.  Fresh fruit or veggies.  Yogurt.

  12. Some lean protein on whole grain bread...it's great to help you sleep well.

    If you don't have that, try some whole grain cereal...I just had some Cheerios straight from the box!

  15. Well think about the consequences about eating junk food.

    However, you can eat a piece of fruit (fat free, few calories, healthy, and great, fresh taste.) or eat a FEW crackers. Check your calories!

    You could even work it off if you are that worried about it. Just wait 30 min and do a small ab or cardio routine.
