  1. It depends on the mixture of Clorox. If you're using general Clorox (found at any store) then it's 1/2 cup of Clorox per gallon of water. If it's the industrial strength Clorox, then it's 2 tablespoons clorox per gallon. Just read the label and it will tell you how much to use. Just be careful what you spray it on, because it takes away colors.

Personally I prefer Lysol over Clorox when sanitizing surfaces. Then you don't have the worry about ruining items.

  2. 10 parts water to one part bleach

  3. Use one cup of Clorox and one gallon of hot water.

  4. When I used to work in Special Education Pre-school and we had to sanitize potty chairs and things in the bathroom, the school nurse had us use a solution of 1 part bleach to 10 parts water in a spray bottle.  This is supposed to be strong enough to kill most things on hard surfaces including the HIV/AIDs virus and hepatitis B.

It will still take the color out of things that are not color-fast, so don't get it on your clothes.  Also if you are going to be using a scrub brush that might splash the liquid around it would be a good idea to wear eye protection.

  5. alot more water.

im 15 and its summer my mom said clean so i did so i threw some water on the floor and then some clorox and about died while moping the floor. Lots of water!!!!!!!!!

  6. It's one cap full per gallon of water. You can buy testing strips that will let you know by a color coded system if the solution is too weak or strong.

  7. no more than 1/4 cup per gallon of water and at least 1 Tablespoon (1-2 capfulls)
