"I was CAST" is a site that helps actors network with other actors who are (and were) cast in the same roles or productions - a place where individual performances can be archived and shared with the world long after the final curtain call.  

You can create individual character pages for all of your performances for FREE.  You can share experiences, photos, videos, audio clips, bloopers and even leave some advice for a future actor CAST in a particular role.  You can search by a character or production title and meet actors from around the globe who were CAST in the same role as you.  

In addition, members can comment and rate individual performances, send fan mail and join fan clubs.  This online archive is a great place to network with actors, get character advice, costume ideas, set design ideas, etc.
