What is a good name for a farm/ranch that I recently purchased in Pennsylvania?

I will eventually have cows and horses on it. I do not live there currently. For now, it is like a vacation home or retreat. I will be paying someone to take care of my animals, but this farm will one day be my retirement home.

That's my memory of Pennsylvania.

However, if you have particular types of trees growing there, you might like to name it after them. 'Oaklands', for example.
