You don't say what your name is now or any thing about you, for people to give you a name, the best thing that you can do, is buy a book of names and look in the book, until you see a name that you like, you will know it's the name for you when you see it.

Why do you need to choose a new name? First and last name or just first name? You can start with names you like. Why not look up name meanings? Not everyone likes their name, but since you have the opportunity to change your name, pick one that defines you or appeals to you.

I suggest first making a list of adjectives that you feel define you. Then look up those adjectives in the meanings of names. This is a good website for that:
